A new store doesn't have to mean starting from scratch. For the My Jewellery store on Grote Houtstraat in Haarlem, Mase Elektrotechniek combined existing facilities with new electrical installations. The result was a modern and future-oriented retail environment, tailored to the daily realities of retail.

The existing distribution system was modified and optimized, allowing part of the existing installation to be reused. At the same time, we realized all the new facilities required for the store.
This includes, among other things, 50 CAT6A data points for POS systems, WiFi, cameras, RFID, screens, and workstations. All necessary wall sockets and power points were also installed for checkout counters, screens, the patch cabinet, and other store amenities.
Lighting plays an important role in retail. For My Jewellery, we installed 83 meters of 3-phase track lighting, equipped with 77 LED track spotlights, supplemented with pendant lights and emergency lighting.
In addition, we handled the cabling for the alarm, audio, and camera systems, ensuring that all technical facilities within the store are seamlessly integrated.

Upon completion, the entire installation was extensively tested and inspected. The work included, among other things, a Scope 8 inspection, network measurements, and Fluke measurements.
The installation was subsequently delivered with revision drawings and complete handover documentation. A combination of existing technology, new features, and meticulous execution. Ready for a store that is in full daily use.
